Hi my 4 year old baby eyes are very dry and she also got specs so how to cool the eyes every day

A. hi first ,you need to limit your child screen time. give Healthy diet like green veggies, fresh fruits more it is best to give Amala and carrots juice. clean your child eyes with fresh tap water. you can place cucumber slices on your child eyes which can help to cool your child eyes
