Q.

hi! my 20months daughter got her ears pierced on friday. today her left earring came out and we lost that. is there any chances of closing the piercing by not wearing any earring? tomorrow we'll get another pair of same earring from that same parlour where she got her ears pierced and put it back. and how to take care of this? please help.

A. Hello, your baby girl is pierced today and she lost her ear ring due to piercing process so don’t put her ears a ring but after she is 3 years of her age

A. No need of any special attention, just take care of it. After the piercing, don't remove the earrings for six weeks. During that time, wipe some alcohol around the ear lobe twice a day, and twist the earrings at least once a day. Don't press on your baby's ear when doing so, as that can be painful. After each bath, dry the area around each piercing so it doesn't stay damp.
