hi my 2 year old boy has not peed for more than 12 hours he has drank water , he is cheerful , playing and having food also. what could be the reason ? is it a matter of concern?

A. dear Mum child should pass urine more than 7 times in 24 hours is this is not the case then it can be low hydration give water frequently
