Hi moms! πŸ‘‹ Any tips for post hair growth? My hair has thinned a lot, and I'd love to hear your genuine suggestions for hair health. I have been thinking about trying the Nutriburst Biotin Gummies, any tips or advice regarding that?

A. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplementss like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalps massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist
