Hi, mine was a normal delivery and i gave birth 7 months back. after delivery all my joints are aching. still my knees ache while trying to sit down or get up and my back too. is that normal?. how long does it take to cure completely. what is the reason can someone explain please. and how to recover

A. Could be due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin D in the body because these things are very common to happen with a woman after the delivery yourself checked for deficiency of vitamin D and start with necessary supplements please
