#asktheexperts I m facing severe back ache after delivery mine s normal delivery it’s been 7 months now

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. the reasons for backache may be related to wrong sitting position while feeding and also due to not having more of physical activity like daily walking so try to include these in your activities if not released by the then you should consult with your doctor to rule out if any pathology is present
