My delivery has happened before 4 months but still I have pain in joints. I feel pain in knees, fingers. Please suggest

A. try to get mote rest and est less salt n mote protein.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .
