hi Mera c-section hua hai mera baby 3 month 25 days old hi . Exercise kab se shuru kar sakti hun 2 aur kaun kaun se exercise karna chahie weight kam karne ke liye

A. exercise around 4-6months after c section delivery start krne chahiye brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise kijiye some cardio exercises take care of diet
