Hi Mera 25/12/2021 ko 2 month ke pregnancy ka abortion hua tha uske baad mujhe 02//2/2022 ko date aaye hai lekin bleeding bahut kam ho rahi hai. 24 hour me ek pad bhi nahi soak ho raha kya ye paresani ke baat hai. waise mujhe abortion ke time bahut jyada blood loss hua tha kya ye iske wajah se bleeding kam ho sakta hai. plz batae kya dr. ko dekhane ke jarurat hai.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day once visit your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy C
