hi mam/sir on sep 3rd I delivered 3rd child girl baby I am breastfeeding milk is not enough for my baby doctor suggest me to give nan pro stage 1 now I am going mixed feeding is their any ways to increase breast milk please help me

A. Boiled water of jeera,fennel & Fenugreek seeds will improve milk secretion + plenty of water

A. hello taking lactation medicine can improve the milk secretion and in the case the BM is still not sufficient you can alternatively give your child infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which should be safe and nothing to worry about
