Hi mam my son is now 3.5 year he is speaking very few words like mama papa mama nd 5-6 more words. I m worried what i do

Two Things I’m going to advise you one is to go for a speech therapy which anybody would advise you in general also after the age of three years and the second one would be to go for a homoeopathic course of medication which helps in developing the vocal glance of your child the treatment would be little slow but it will definitely work
