Hi mam,my son has lymph nodes on his neck,but it's movable and he has a cold .is it normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. Are you sure it is a lymph node because a lot of times parents get confused between lymph nodes and lipoma which is movable and it’s just a fat ball but you need to be more sure about it so better to check with your doctor once
