Hi mam My daughter is 2Months old and she is suffering from white dots on her face what can I do mam is it have any lotion

A. hello mum this is called Mil3a which is very normal in this age for and it will get better on its on there is nothing to worry about at all do not make overuse of creams and also on the face of the baby and keep the skin well hydrated
