Even I had my baby through c section, can understand about loosing weight. You can try what I am trying to loose weight without exercises
#Kegel exercises (suggested by doctor)
#brisk walking (start with 10-15 minutes per day and then gradually increase the time span)
#drink hot water (ajvain water if possible)
Eat healthy don't skip your meals!!!!
