Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would rbe more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having anyr other complaint.
there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. In infants and toddlers, persistently dry diapers are a telltale sign of dehydration. If your baby is younger than 6 months and produces little to no urine in 4 to 6 hours, or if your toddler produces little to no urine in 6 to 8 hours, they may be dehydrated
