Q.

Hi ma'am, i had my diabetes check up after having glucose so it was 149 so doctor advised me to make series of fasting, after lunch and dinner. I did that so fqsting and after lunch it is normal like 96 and 116 but after dinner it came 158 and 148. Pls advise

A. hi mom if you are expecting mother then definitely show to a qualified registered dietitian who see such cases I see lot of such gdm cases, it can be very well controlled with diet random suggestions won't help
