keep your child hydrated.
give warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
you can give mixture of honey and ginger.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
