hi just need to check regarding room lights when baby is sleeping. my baby 5 months old and from starting1st day we will keep lights on during day and night. so let me know at what age we can keep off light in nights?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and if you are putting the room lights on full day then it’s not advisable as zero lights only at night and at the centre of room
