hi, it's been 2 months since my c section Delivery could you please suggest how to control my belly so it shouldn't increase

Writer you have to eat well so that you can feed well to the child right now that is what you need to do you cannot think of losing onto the weight otherwise you will suffer with heavy weakness so you should eat well and feed well and later when you want you can reduce on your weight with diet and workout
