Q.

Hi Is there any pain relief for breast engorgement? I have less milk flow from left breast and if I try to pump it out then it doesn’t come out and it’s becoming very painful Hot water treatment I have tried it’s not working Please do suggest something it’s unbearable pain sometimes

A. you may take paracetamol tablet for time being..Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes . Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.

A. hi you can take peracetamol to get relief in pain wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your self well hydrated. try cool compress on your breasts. or take hot shower bath .
