Hi all..my baby is 21 months old and she has left breast feeding.. but i feel heaviness in my breast and there is also a little pain in my breast..what should i do to reduce d pain?

A. hi your baby is 2 years old now to reduce the pain you need to manually express milk and give hot fomentation to breast and do gentle massage from base to nipple
