Hi, Is peanut butter healthy for babies? If yes, how to feed it to 1 year old baby?

A. yes you can give peanut butter. add in its food or mashed it in roti or porridge. By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form.

A. hi. yes peanut butter is good for your baby Give it in small quantity first and see if you baby can digest it. if yes then you can increase the quantity. you can give peanut butter with roti ,dosa or any soft paratha as well or you can also give one spoon as it is.

A. hi, yes you can surely give peanut butter to your child, it is a good source of protein, energy vitamins and minerals homemade peanut butter is more nutritious and does not contain added flavours you can also control the amount of sugar that you add
