Yes It’s absolutely normal but you should not let your child sleep on one side because if your child will keeping keep sleeping on one side then the head is going to be absolutely flat from that side so it’s very normal that you make your child sleep on other side also and that will soon otherwise let it will be a troublesome situation with the head will become flat so make sure that you are taking care of that
