Hi Is it necessary to use simyl MCT oil alongwith breastmilk? I mean I express my breastfeed on spoon n mix 5 drops of oil Can I give 5 drops of oil directly

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. No need to give simyl MCT oil now Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6month of age. No need to give any medication except vit D3 drops 1ml(400 IU) once a day till 1yr. Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
