Hi..in my 31 week sonography cervix length was 3 cm and internal os was Closed.. but when dr examined. Dr mentioned that internal os is patulous ( probably 1 fingure open)and can feel babys head.i am on medication and bedrest...does patients like me complete full term if taken care

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. if the cervix is getting opening you should be very careful to take adequate rest avoid more of workout and have regular follow up with your doctor to know about the condition and know the exact date for delivery

Author of questionGuardian of 0 children4 years agoA. hi..thanks for ur help..I am taking complete bedrest apart from washroom break, taking bath and waking up for food and water ..actually I had acid reflux problem and before complete bedrest I used to stay awake for 3 hours after meals...now I can't do that..is there any suggestion apart from taking antacids?
