Hi,im exclusively breast feed mom of 4 and half months baby,i had C-section,now can i eat potatoes...? is it ok or cause any problems to me or my baby..?

A. hi yes , ofcourse infact, you can eat all food items which you want. just avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food. take healthy and well blanaced diet so that your child immunity remains high.
