ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. please see doctor now.. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good ok
