Q.

Hi iam mom of 3.4 baby my height is 5.3 and weight is 54 kgs ,but my belly was 33 and half cms its look like pregnant iam doing all thing to stop belly after my delivery it was increased due to workouts came to normal weight but belly not came normal please suggest which food and workouts good for belly

A. well relax abd try to cut on ghee and oil in diet. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

See If your belly is the only issue then you start doing exercises for your belly like you can do planks you can do Surya Namaskar these things are going to be very good to lose down your belly and lastly if you possibly can manage then you should start with intermittent fasting and also start doing an evening walk after your dinner
