Hi I’m a mother of 6 month. Baby, I didn’t get my period . People say it’s normal but I wanted to know how to get period normally post delivery

Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy . so not to worry for 1 year
