hi I'm a mother of 21 months baby girl can u please suggest to me how to give dairy milk I mean I have to give milk mixing with water or without water

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. hi dear mum , to ur child of 21 mths age top milk / dairy milk shd b given without dilution no need to add any water to the milk. no sugar / jaggery avoid bottle milk / milk product not more than 300 ml
