Q.

Hi, I'm a mom of 1 month 10 days old baby boy. After feeding my baby,my breasts take 6 hours to refill again because of which I have to feed him formula milk. What can I do to refill my breasts faster. I'm talking lactare capsules 2 morning and 2 night.

A. it is the motivation of the mother that is very important for getting adequate milk supply please take milk water fruit juices depending on the need of the baby there will be milk supply do not worry

A. Thank you Nihita for responding to my question. I'm having 3 glasses of milk daily. However not taking the capsules along with them. Will try to take them together and see if there is a difference.

A. good evening I would recommend that you should also try to have two glasses of milk throughout the day basically when you are taking the tablet instead of water you can take it with milk
