as the cervix lenth remains the same .

Pregnancies for the same Women can be different so if the situation is then yes maybe they will give it if your cervical length Mall in early time of pregnancy otherwise if it is good and all then there is no need to get a stitching done it will completely depend how your pregnancy is going to progress
