Q.
Hi.. i hv 1 yr 3 month boy.. normal delivery..now i got anal fissure.. doc suggested me to put osil plus.. anovate cream.. for pain imol plus.. is it k? i am feeling very tight in anal starting area..and 3 days spotted blood of one finger length.. i am very much worried as i hv to only tc of child.. is these are curable in course of time or need surgery?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. it depends upon degree of anal fissure . maintain hydration drink plenty of watér . have fruits veggies . continue prescribed treatment. make sure you follow up with your doctor regularly avoid straining at stools
