Hi I have one query regarding 7th month scan report, Single live intra uterine fetus of 30wks 4days in Breech presentation. My wife is at 31st week now should I want to worry please help

no
babies Change their position till 36 or 37 weeks of pregnancy
so it is normal
as such no need to worry
just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
