hi, I have introduced porridges to my baby.. Is gripe water mandatory to feed aft porridges ? or water is sufficient? for digestion

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom water can be introduced from the time you introduce solids to the baby , make sure initially it’s semi solid consistency foods only .. a few sips of water can be given
