hi, I have heavy dark circle in eyes please suggest what to do for removing darkness

it happens because of lack of sleep, prolonged exposure to screen, nutritional deficiency ,thin skin etc.
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
you can try cucumber or potato slices on it .
limit your screen time.
take enough sleep.
