Hi I have change the brand from nan pro 2 to dexolac 2 my child has severe constipation from nan pro 2 so I thought to change the brand does it cause any side effects and dexolac is good ?

all Babies are different dear.. so their need too.. for my baby I tried many.. but finally he settled with Aptamil Gold formula milk.  this is closest to breast milk and having prebiotics makes it easy in digestion and improve guts too.

Doc we have started giving him solids he is 7months old but passing very hard stool all reports are normal the problem is formula so I thought to change the brand and how much bonnison drops for 7months his weight is 7.2

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also wvyyhen initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 monthhs .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
