Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi it's recommended to wait atleast 4-6 weeks after this this allow your body sufficient time to heal from the surgery. although there are several factors like individual healing process,type of workout , your doctor's recommendation should he be considered before you start any kind of exercises
