Q.

hi...,I had vaginal delivery on 1month back,now I am feeling light pain at lower part of spinal card tip while sitting position,is it common/ suggestions please to avoid ....

A. ok this is the tail bone pain so common after the delivery. you must show yo a doctor as soon as you can abd avoid un brc necessary load on spine
