Hi, I had undergone c section and now I am in 3 mnths, can any one tell me from which month I can start doing excercise..and suggest some good app for the work outs.

A. It is recommended to start any physical exercise only after 5-6 weeks of C-section delivery. But again it depends how well the scar is healing up. Start slow with some light workouts like walking and do not put too much pressure on the stitches. Only once you feel comfortable, increase the exercise duration.
