Hi.. I had normal delivery after delivery I got 1st first period (after6 months) then next month same date I got periods .then 3rd time I didn’t get my periods.. I’m taking meprate pills too then y I didn’t get my menstrual.. pregnancy test also negative.. this is the first time happening like this

A. if even after taking medication the periods are not there you can wait for 2 to 3 days more and then get a proper scan done to rule out the exact reason
