Q.

I had a normal delivery on 29/3/23 and I was bleeding till 18/4/23..later my 1st period on 14/5/23.since then I have not got my periods but again my periods started today . is it ok? I heard that if it is normal delivery then periods not come till 1 year

A. not in all cases that periods don't start till one year. it depends individually. so it's totally normal to have periods early, just take care to maintain proper hydration and have good nutrition

A. It varies from person to person. Even your own body will react differently to your second pregnancy. It's completely normal to get periods within one year from your delivery.
