Hi . I had c section 52 days back and yestrdau i had 1 bleeding for one day. Is it my period

its all normal and happens due to hormonal fluctuations

Maintain hygiene
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
Try to keep head up position while feeding
