Q.

Hi i had a c section on 16 may 2022 but i still didn’t get my periods. M on breastfeed but looking for a way to get periods. What should I do or what medicine or home remedies are safe?

A. then u can. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.
