Q.

hi..i delivered my baby 2 months before via c section and i haven't taken calcium supplements now m feeling joint pain and backache.someone told me calcium tablet increases weight as m already obsessed..is it true? what should i do?

A. Hello mom your body needs some supplements even after delivery .. so thinking about weight gain and falling into wrong assumptions will only do harm than good for you .. so consult your doctor for it and also you need Regular massages that is recommended after delivery to the mothers
