hi, i am salma, merey baby one year 4 months ki hey, mai breastfeeding chudana chahtihoon kaisey?? mai phir sey pregnant hoon fifth month running, plz help me to come out from dis prblm

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi,It has to be gradual process.
Start decreasing the frequency of breastfeeds.
Give dinner which is filling for the baby.
Reduce day time feeds and gradually night feeds.
Start giving top milk in daytime and if needed in night time.
Make baby sleep with father for few days.
Apply a bandid on your nipples and act that you are hurt in front of your child.
Apply something sour on your nipples so that when baby try to feed he doesn't like the taste.
