Hi. I am in my 32 week. my hb is 8 gms. How to increase it fast and i hope it won't effect my baby and delivery. I am working woman. Shall i take leave from my office?

A. iron twice daily. eat green.See you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignoreSee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
