A. dear mum, post pregnancy it is quite common, .due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too. Avoid stress. Stay calm and enjoy your time with your little one. Use wide teeth comb, Have plenty of fluids. Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean). Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily Take healthy diet.

A. It’s Very normal after delivery you should have iron supplement for at least one year after delivery and start using onion oil or oil range actually shampoo is also there so you can use it both because they both are chemical free so the brand is going to be Mama Earth
