SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink. Do some exercises too it will increase your energy levels
