Hi, I am expecting and it's early stage of pregnancy. I have headache from last two days. can I have paracetamol for headache? Is it safe?

Crocin usually is going to be good for you to take my doctor prescribe me the same for headache and also I would recommend you to take that but still I think it would be better to check with your gynaecologist because they will be able to help with right medication that you can take during the time of pregnancy which would be safe for you
